NEW DELHI – The Delhi State Karate-Do Championship 2025 has been officially announced, set to take place over two days on May 10th and 11th, 2025. This significant state-level competition will serve as the primary selection ground for athletes aspiring to compete in the upcoming All India Championship 2025.
Organized by the Young Generation Karate-Do Trust (YGKT), the championship holds approval from the Karate India Organisation (KIO). The KIO is affiliated with prominent international federations including the World Karate Federation (WKF), Asian Karate-Do Federation (AKF), and South Asian Karate-Do Federation (SAKF). The WKF itself is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Sports Accord, and the International World Games Association (SAIWGA), lending significant legitimacy and scope to the events under its umbrella.
The championship will be hosted at the Indoor Stadium located within the Fitness Club, Ram Johdi Farm House, Dwarka Sector-1, near Agrasen Hospital in Delhi.
